Exercise 4 - Bicep Curls
Tips to make your Home Workouts more challenging!
Its been 3 weeks now since the lockdown and those bodyweight exercises may be becoming too easy or tedious. So we will be sending you daily exercises you can do with items around the house. Everyone has some paint pots, heavy objects or even some empty milk gallons they can fill to provide a more challenging workout!
We call this the Paint Pot Chronicles!
Starting Position: Stand holding a paint pot or anything with a handle in each hand with your arms hanging by your sides.
Keeping your upper arms stationary and with your palms facing out, exhale as you curl the weights up to shoulder level while contracting your biceps. SQUEEZE!!
Slowly lower your pots until your arms are back at the starting position.
Hit as many reps as you can for 5 sets! Take no more than 1 minute rest in between.
For another quick variation you can grip the handle with your palms facing backwards to perform some reverse bicep curls or use a neutral grip to perform some hammer curls.
